Good afternoon everyone!
I hope everybody is having a scary Halloween! Today in kinder 1 was a a lot fun! (And a little bit scary 👻)
Our school festival is coming soon next month, so today we did a lot of practice. We practiced making sentences with the vocabulary from the season necklace we made. We used really loud voices today so at the school festival they will be loud and clear. 📢
Today is Halloween so we practiced saying trick or treat! Everybody did a great job and said the phrase really fast! I hope they can use it today when they go trick or treating!
We also played a Halloween 🎃 card stomping game! They would have to listen to me make a sentence with our flash cards and they stomp it and sit down before the other team can! In the beginning they were a bit slow, but by the end they were fast and confident.
Yesterday we voted what song we wanted to do, the bus song or monkey song. Yesterday the bus song won the vote, but today we did the monkey song! We really had a lot of fun and laughed a lot! I hope they can sing it at home for you!
Today was a wonderful day, and I hope you all are enjoying the wonderful fall weather.
