Hello Everybody!
Today we had a lot of fun with the nursery class!
In the morning we had a fun outside. When I called their name they had to raise their hand, then I would put on their yellow hat. Everybody’s name recognition is getting very strong! Some even say “here” when I call their name.
When we play outside I like to do an easy 123 game. I count to 3 and then throw a ball, I count to 3 again and they have to throw it back. They do really well at waiting until I say “3!”. We also had a lot of fun in the sandbox. There was a cool rocket sand toy so we did a couple of “123 rocket launches”.
After their nap time we had a snack time together. Today the snack looked so delicious! We practiced saying the snacks in English together. We also practiced their name recognition again when giving out the aprons. They can use spoons so we’ll compared to last April, but sometimes I still have to help them for the last bite.
After snack time we had a bit of reading time together. A lot of them liked reading the “touch” book. It was a a lot of fun for me too!
