☆Nursery☆

Today, the Nursery class started their English adventure by saying ‘Hello’. Some children sat and listened, watching the actions.

Others liked to join in and wave.

After the song, the children performed some actions. They needed a little help, but still had fun moving around. Walking,

jumping,

and, of course, stopping.

Once they were back sitting on the mat, they practiced some emotions.

Again, most of the children are not verbal, so big gestures are encouraged.

‘Happy’ is definitely a favorite amongst the children, though they are enjoying watching ‘sad’, ‘angry’, and ‘sleepy’.

To finish, we listened to the ABC song. The children were very excited.

To the ABC wall they toddled, eager to touch some letters. The children listened well and had great fun touching various letters to the music.

The children then sat down and chose alphabet cards.

They listened to the letter sound and a word.

F says f…f…fish.

They enjoyed picking a card, and listened to the sounds well.
Everyone gave the cards back and we all said a big ‘see you!’
Everyone did very well, performing actions and listening to songs.

Keep up the great work. 👍🏻
