Good afternoon everybody!
Today is a special blog post, we have pictures from yesterday and today!
Yesterday after our English lesson in the morning we had a lot of fun playing in the splash pool together. At first everybody and me played calmly together, but slowly we started to have a water fight! It was a lot of fun. I was soaking wet from head to toe! I think the students won that match.
Today we had really active and fun English lesson!
To get them moving we started by using the fruit shakers. Great job Prekinder of saying thank you when we gave you the shakers! We had so much fun singing, dancing, and stopping. Let’s play with them again really soon!
As is tradition we practiced asking “what’s your name”. Some kiss’s are going great and can answer the question right away. I always cant believe how fast they learned English. To go along with the name question we did some songs about names. However the song the LOVE the most is “How do we say Hello”. They do such a great job of following the actions.
To finish off the day, we read one of their favorite books, yellow ball. To go along with it we practiced throwing and catching one of our yellow balls! They all sat so patiently and would say they words along with me.
