Today’s lesson was a little bit different. As sports day is coming soon we did a small rehearsal together. Even though we were in a new classroom the class did an excellent job at focusing and listening.

We practiced our hello song first. We do this song everyday and the kids love it! They do the dance with a lot of energy. I am excited for you all to see it on sports day.

After our song we practiced our sports activity. It is a really fun obstacle course! We are excited for you to do it together with your kids!

The nursery class had a lot of fun today! But sports day will be even more fun. The kids are excited to show off their English skills, I am sure you will be impressed! Tomorrow is back to a normal lesson. Recently we have been doing our ABC songs a lot, they are improving so much!

本日はKinder1の様子をお伝えします❗️

 

先日、とうもろこしの皮むきをしました🌽

「なにがでてくるかな？」「どんな色かな？」と真剣に先生の見本を見ている子どもたち👀

お隣の席のお友だちと皮むきスタート！

「どこからむこうかぁ」

1枚ずつ順番にむいていたのですが、固くてうまく皮がとれないときは、「せーの」「よいしょ」と2人で力を合わせて、頑張って皮をむいていましたよ。 

黄色い実が見えてくると、「うわ〜」「出てきた！！」と大興奮！！

ひげもきれいに取って、「やったー」「見てー」とにこにこです✨

たくさんのとうもろこしを、みんなで給食の先生にお届けに行きましたよ。

給食の時に、「とうもろこしは！？」というほど、待ちに待ったとうもろこし。おやつの時間に出てきました！！

「キラキラしてる✨」「いい匂いがする〜」「甘いね」と、自分たちで皮をむいたとうもろこしはいつも以上においしかったようです💛

とっても楽しい経験ができましたね！！

今後も、食に興味が持てるような食育活動を取り入れていけたらと思います。

目の前でショベルカーが作業している所が見えるんです‼️

お部屋ではブロック遊びも上手になってきました🧩

4月にはできなかった組み立ても、今では複雑な形もブロックの形をよく見ながら作れるようになってきました👍👍👍

暑い日にはお部屋でお水遊びもしましたよ🌊

準備している時から、いまか今かと待っています👙

水風船、色水、シャベルにカップ、、、

と毎回色々なものが入っています🎣

これからは、運動会練習もしていきまーす🏋️‍♀️🤾‍♂️

Today was a fun Monday lesson for kinder 2 and 3! As always we started with some fun English songs, “we all fall down” and our “hello” song.

After our songs we practiced some listening and posing skills! Their favorite poses are always “princess” pose and “muscle” pose. After we warm up we take turns being the leader and making new poses.

After we practiced our listening we did some speaking. We practiced our basic questions and answers then we made sentences about colours. “I like pink” or “I like green”. They are doing really well at making sentences faster and confidently.

For our table time today we practiced tracing our name 5 times and then writing it by ourselves twice. Their classroom English is getting great, whenever their pencil is dull they know to ask me to “sharpen please”.

At the end of the lesson we played ABC karuta. Whenever a point is scored we take some to practice the phones and other words that have the same sound. For example “M” says “monkey” or “magic” or “Max teacher”.

This week we still have 4 more lessons left! We are going to learn a lot!

Today was another fun class with kinder 1. We did so many activities in 1 hour!

At the start of the lesson we practiced making circles and lining up. Kinder 1 is getting really fast, and they can listen really well to me different instructions in English.  They love when we make a small circle and the run to the middle.

This month our English topic is about the beach. So today we practiced 4 of the words, “fish, octopus, seaweed, and crab”. For every word we have a different action that we practiced, their favorite one this month so far is for crab and shell.

After we practiced the actions and vocabulary we played a game of card stomp. Today I tried to teach them to listen to the words “boys” and “girls” so we could take turns stomping the cards. it was difficult at first but next week we will try again. I’m sure they will be able to react be next week.

Today we also practiced asking and answering “what’s your name?”. In class we practiced 2 answers. Either the easy “I’m _____” or the more difficult “my name is ________”.

At the end of the lesson we practiced writing the vocabulary words for this month. Their writing has really improved! I am excited to see how much they improved by next March.
Im really glad that kinder 1 had a great lesson today, next week will be even more fun!! See you soon!

今日は青空が広がり、良いお天気でしたね☀️

「English  lesson」では、「ABC SONG 」の音楽に合わせて歌を歌いましたよ🎶

みんなで丸くなって、小さくなったり、大きくなったり、、、

お友だちと手を繋ぐ事がとても上手になりました⭐️

9月の製作では、「きのこ」にシールを貼ったり絵の具を使ったりして行いました🍄

まずは、きのこにシールを貼りましたよ☺️

最後に好きな色の絵の具を使って「デカルコマニー」に挑戦しました✌️

終わった後には、画用紙をそーと開くと左右対称に絵が描かれていたので子どもたちはびっくり‼️

完成した作品が楽しみですね✨

今日はNurseryクラスの室内遊びの様子をお伝えさせていただきます🎀．•°＊•.

今週は体操をして体を動かしてから主活動をしています🎵

Nurseryさんは、“わーお”や“サンサン体操”が大好きです❤️

お歌を歌いながら踊れるお友達もいて、盛り上げてくれています💃✨

今日はピカピカブー！を踊りました😍

 

元気に体を動かした後は、

小麦粉粘土をしました！💪

ボールに小麦粉とお水を入れて、

みんなで少しずつ混ぜ合わせていきました✌️

最初は不思議な感触に戸惑うお友達もいましたが、

保育士と一生懸命にこねて、楽しく遊んでいました🤣

初めて食紅を混ぜました😁

赤や青、黄色など、自分の好きな色を混ぜ、

粘土の色が変わっていくことに楽しさを感じているようでした🤩

 

先週はBabyクラスのお友達とお部屋で水遊びもしました🐙🌊

氷を触って涼んでいました🧊✨

氷が溶けるのはあっという間で、

もう氷なくなっちゃったの❓という表情でした🤣

 

色水が入った袋の感触も楽しんでいました✌️

また水遊びしようね😆✨✨
