Today was the first day back from a 3 day weekend, so I asked the Kinder 3 class questions about what they did.

From “Did you have a good weekend?” to “How did you get there?” if they went traveling, they talked about where they went and whether it was fun.

After that warm-up, we sang the hello song.

It’s an enjoyable way to sing and dance. They then said what today’s date was and how fared the weather. They then got to change the calendar.

Once they changed the date they handed the old cards back, saying “Here you are,” of course.

Great posture.

Now the children played a dress up game. They have already looked at Halloween costumes and the clothes they are comprised of. Today they faced 4 rabbits.

After a quick refresher of clothes they were unsure of, the game began. Each team chose a costume, then one-by-one played rock, scissors, paper.

The unsuccessful player had to tell the winning team to, “Put on your … .”

The first team to finish their costume won. It was very competitive.

They did very well, though “gloves” proved tricky to remember. Come Christmas I’m sure “gloves” will be no problem.

Next, the children danced and sang to “5 Creepy Spiders.” They enjoyed the movement part, but really needed to try to sing as well. Whether they were spider walking,

dancing like skeletons,

running like black cats,

flying like witches, or haunting like ghosts,

they got into the Halloween spirit.

The final part of the lesson was looking at the alphabet and spelling. Letters were spread out and the children were given a word, today it was “Goblin.”

We first went through the word and sounded out the letters, then the children had to find the letters and spell out the word. This they did well.

I just needed to put the cards closer together, however their spelling is coming on well.

With the ABC cards put away, the children finished by practicing their lines for their upcoming Sports Day. First, they introduced themselves,

then they practiced their oaths.

Great job, just keep the voice nice and loud.

It was a good lesson and the kids spoke well and had fun. Keep it up.

Good afternoon Everybody!

Today was a really fun day with our kinder 1 class!

Before the English lesson, Max teacher was there during the craft time to help out! It was a really fun making the craft together. This craft is for Halloween! We had a lot of fun putting the glue on the origami paper to decorate our boxes.

Today our English teacher was Marian! We had a lot of fun practicing our Halloween English today. Today we practiced our scary Halloween characters! “It’s a ghost!”, “it’s a vampire!

To practiced we played one of their favourite games, it’s called “yes and no Challenge”. It’s a great game to our listening skills and our speaking skills. But best of all it’s a really fun game! The kids always ask to play it.

Today we also practiced our trick or treat song too! Its goes like this… “knock knock trick or treat, who are you?” “Im a witch!” or different characters like “im a ghost!”. I was really proud at how loud they can sing the different English songs! I hope they can sing them at home sometime!

Tomorrow is gonna be even more fun! We are going to practice our sports day and have more English time with the kids!

１０月といえばHalloween👻ということで、月の製作では「ねないこだれだ」のおばけを作りました！

おばけの形の線の中を絵の具でぬりぬり…

線から丁寧に塗る子、真ん中から塗る子　さまざまです😌

おばけの目も線に沿って自分でハサミで切りました✂️ 

むずかしい〜　と言いながらも集中して切るみんな👏

怖くてかわいいおばけがお部屋にずらり👻

毎日おばけ出てくるんじゃない？とそわそわしているＫ１さんです🤭

10月31日はハロウィン🎃ですね！

Englishの時間にパンプキンを製作しました✌️

ハサミ✂️でチョキチョキ

色鉛筆で好きな模様を描きました😊

オレンジの台紙に貼って出来上がりです🎃

最後にみんなでハイチーズ✌️

先日はKinder2さんと一緒にお散歩に行きましたよ♡

朝からとってもわくわくした様子のNurseryさん💓

手を繋いで歩いたり、カートに乗って向かいました✨

公園では、一緒にお砂遊びをしたり、お花探しをしたり、滑り台などの遊具を楽しんだり、、、

とっても楽しい思い出になりました🍂

Hello, everyone! This is Prekinder class. 😊

Today, we’ll show you a fun activity we did in class. We played with clay! Each of us was given a slab of clay. We then rolled it and made small balls. 😸

We also used some toys such us rolling pin, board, knife and more to cut and make some things such as bread, snake, flowers, and some characters. 🐍🥖

We rolled and cut the clay on a board which was plain on one side but had patterns on the other side to press the clay on and get a perfect shape. ⭐️🌸

With every clay art we made, we were very happy to show it to everyone. 🥐

This is only one among few activities we do in order to showcase our creativity. 🧑‍🎨

こんにちは！！元気いっぱいのKinder1クラスです＾＾今日は、大好きな戸外活動の様子を紹介します♪この日は園庭で砂場遊び、ボール遊び、虫探しをして過ごしましたよ。

自分で作った「お散歩バック」！！見つけた宝物を大切にバックにしまいます♡落ち葉や小石などを拾うのがブームですよ＾＾

砂場では、おままごとや穴を掘って楽しく過ごしています☆

青いネットを「海！！」と言って、おままごとで楽しんでいます！段々と寒くなってきていますが、寒さに負けず戸外活動を楽しむKinder1さん！！次は、どんな発見があるかな？？楽しみですね＾＾

今回は、10月の制作の様子をお伝えします🌟

吹き絵をしたり、ハサミで画用紙を切ったりしながら

ハロウィンにちなんだおばけの制作を楽しみました👻

最初に、ストローを使って吹き絵に挑戦しましたよ🎨

「絵の具を沢山垂らしてみたよ！」

「息を沢山吹きかけると、どんどん模様が伸びてくね👀」

「面白い模様ができたよ🤣」

絵の具の量や吹きかける息の強さ、向きを変えながら様々な模様ができる事を試す姿も沢山見られました👏

「絵の具が混ざって色が変わった！！」

吹き絵を楽しんだ後は、画用紙をハサミで自由に切っておばけを作りました👻

指を切らないように気をつけて、集中して切っています👀✨

「面白いおばけの形に切れたよ！」

「丸いおばけにしようかな！」

切った画用紙におばけの顔を描きました🖍️

「可愛いおばけの完成❤️」

「上手に描けたよ！」

「ちょっと怖いおばけにしてみたよー」

偶然出来た形からイメージを膨らませて楽しむ姿もありました♪

「くじらおばけなんだー🐳」

個性豊かな可愛らしいおばけ達が完成しましたよ☺️✨

最後は吹き絵の作品の上におばけを貼り付けました⭐️

「このおばけはどこに貼ろうかなー」

「このおばけ面白いでしょ？」

カラフルな吹き絵と個性豊かなおばけの楽しい作品が出来ました♪

10月に入り、ハロウィンの雰囲気を今から楽しんでいる子ども達です😆✨
