おやすみ中の出来事を嬉しそうにお話ししてくれる子もいましたよ✨

新年初日はお正月遊びの福笑いやカルタに挑戦し、

そのあとは運動💪！

 

バランスを取るのが上手になってきました✨

 

 

大型ブロックを繋げてバイクをつくりまたがりまーす🛵

大人気なので争奪戦です♫

 

お家にはいって、一休み♫

こんにちは！今日はnurseryの様子をお伝えします！

1月の製作で「福笑い」を楽しんだnurseryさん🎍✨

目隠しをして行うのはまだ難しいため、先生と顔のパーツを確認し合いながら

かわいいおかめを作りました💓

「目はどこ？」「鼻は？」と聞くと自分の顔を指さして教えてくれました！

顔のパーツを貼り終え、出来上がったおかめを見ると「かわいいね」と

満足そうにしていました😆🎶

あけましておめでとうございます！🎍✨

お休み明け、登園してくると、お辞儀をしたり、「おめでとう！」とお話をしてお正月の挨拶をしてくれた可愛らしいNurseryさん😊💗

今日はそんなNurseryさんがお正月遊びに初めて挑戦した時の様子を紹介したいと思います🙌

まずは、福笑い！

アンパンマンやバイキンマンなど、みんなの好きなキャラクターの顔を作りましたよ👀

先生がお手本を見せると「目ないよ！」「口ない！」と教えてくれるみんな😲

「口はここだよ〜！」

「あ！うさぎだ〜！」

「みて！できたよ！」

 

アンパンマンやドキンちゃんの顔を覚えているみたいで、「ここだ！」と

上手に顔のパーツを並べて完成させていくNurseryさん！

お友達とお話をしながら、一緒に取り組む姿も👀

次はコマ遊び！

最初はくるくる回らなくて、「できない～💦」「やって～！」とお話ししていたNurseryさんですが、、

コツを掴むとくるくるコマを回すことが出るように！✨

「はやいね！すごい！」ととても嬉しそうなみんなの姿が見られました🎵

お正月遊びが楽しかったようで、その後もおままごとのスプーンを回してコマ遊びを真似っこしてみたり、

「アンパンマンもっかい！」とお話をしたり、

余韻に浸っていたNurseryさんでした😁🌈

Hello! This is Pre-Kinder class!😊

Today, we had a great time playing! We were able to play with obstacle course which we made in class. Everyone was very excited. 🤩

 

 

 

 

We walked after one another. However, some were very fast but we tried to keep up with them. 😅 It was so much fun. 😸

We also played with big Legos. It was challenging to build them higher since they were really big. 💪

We were overjoyed to circle around sitting on the Legos and playing some more.😆

We saw some Lego patterns that we should try making next time. Everyone were curious and cheerful. We hope we can play more! 😁

Today, the Pre-kinder children started their lesson with a nice little walk. Then a hop, run, tip-toe, swim, and finally a small nap.

Some like to move by themselves, whilst others like to take a more relaxed walk with a friend.

The children are starting to understand and follow simple instructions. Sit down on the mat, for example.  Once sat, they sang the “Hello” song and said how they felt.

Happy!

Next was a quick practice of the weather. They enjoy saying the weather and give it some good energy.

After that, we practiced counting. They are great at counting to 10, so today we tried going to 12.

We tried counting things around the room. Numbers on a clock, months, and craft posters they had made.
We then played a slap the ground game. First the followed the teacher.

Not forgetting to stop when they get to the last number.

Then it was their turn to suggest numbers. They were not shy.

After sitting for a while, it was time to move to “Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes.”

They touch very well, and are starting to sing parts as well, which is great.
The children then practiced this month’s vocabulary, ‘Fruit and Vegetables’. They had to first choose a card.

They then had to say the vocabulary for that picture. They already knew most of the fruit so had no problems.

Everyone enjoyed having a go.

Again, we followed the sitting with some movement. This time pretending to be animals. Kangaroos, monkeys, birds, and fish.

It’s calm swimming until a shark comes along.

And with that, it was time to say good-bye. The children are becoming more vocal with English, and starting to produce by themselves instead of of just repeating. Great job, everyone.

Today, the Pre-kinder Class had some fun in the playroom. Let’s take a look at what they got up to. 👏✨

The class put their ears to the test with some exciting listening games. Up first, they played in bigger groups. 😊✨😊 With a different card in each hula hoop, they listened to an English phrase and raced to jump in the matching hoop. 😆

They did a great job and worked together like champs. 👏

Next, they raced against each other in pairs. They started behind the line and listened to the English prompt before counting down and running off to pick up the matching card from the lineup at the other end of the playroom. 🏁

They did so well – their listening skills are really improving. 🎖️ The Pre-K Class has started off the new year with a lot of energy. ✨ Good job! ✨

Good afternoon everybody!

Today was another very fun lesson with the Nursery class! First in the morning was snack time! Today a lot of the kids correctly said apple and milk when asked about todays snack. During snack time we practiced saying “thank you” when handing out the aprons, snacks, and hand towels. They all did really well!

For our English lesson today we focused a lot on numbers! 1 2 3 4 5! First we practiced counting with our fingers, but that was too easy for the kids! So then we played a fun searching game. The kids had to look all over the room for the hidden numbers! Once we found them we practiced clapping or stomping along with counting.

Of course because we did numbers today we had to do our 5 little monkey songs. It’s one of their favorites so we had a lot of fun doing it! We also did “head and shoulders” and our “hello” song. Tomorrow we are going to practice our ABCs and also have fun with the fruit shakers. See you soon!
