This month with K1 has been a blast! We went to the zoo, so we worked a lot on learning about the different animals we'd see at the zoo! We also worked alot on self introductions and emtions. They have been working on saying "My name is ___", "I'm ___(age)", and "I'm (happy, sad, sleepy, great)." By the end of the month the students could say these phrases with minimal help! I'm so proud of them!



Everyone always has so much fun when we start our class off with the "Hello" song and the "Walking Walking" song. It gets a lot of energy out! We even practiced singing the song by ourselves! Some of the students know the lyrics from memory! YAY!



We went to the plus park, and it was so much fun! Their favorite song is "5 little monkeys." We had so much fun doing it outside in the park! English outside was great, and we got to talk about different bugs like ants and rollie pollies!



For the last friday of the month, we learned how to play musical chairs. They had a great time. Our music was BINGO and Old Mcdonald! I was so happy when some of the students knew the songs from memory! It's been rainy recently so we also learned the "Rain, Rain, Go Away" song! We had so much fun this month! Everyone is doing so great! I'm very pleased!
