Hello today from the Kinder 2 classroom~!

Today we did a new style of art called "wind painting"! The teachers prepared red, yellow, blue and green paint mixed together with just a little water to make it runny.

Using a paint brush, the students dripped some of the paint onto white paper and used a small straw to blow the paint around the paper to create their own beautiful patterns!













The Kinder 2 class learned a lot about mixing paints together to get new colors as well as the power of their lungs! If they blew into their straw super hard, the paint splattered all over!

As summer continues, we hope to learn a lot of different ways to paint creatively!
