Hello, everyone! This is Kinder 1!

This week we celebrate the International Week at school! 🌎

It is fun knowing more about other countries. 🗺️

For our class, we learned about Mexico! We found out that there's cactus in the national flag of Mexico! We also learned that Mexicans eat a certain type of cactus! We were surprised to know about it. 🍽😊



Part of our International Week celebration is making a craft. To show what we learned about Mexico, we made cactus craft. 🌵🎨



First, we pasted the pre-cut cactus into an orange construction paper. 🌵🌵



Then, with a fork we stamped paint to make the spines of the cactus. 🏜️



It looks pretty easy but without being careful it can also be a little messy. 😸 However, we are careful enough to make a good outcome and an amazing craft! 👏
