Getting the right amount of sleep is important
for your memory
. This is why it is good to study over many days.
That way, you don't have to stay up all night "cramming
" right before a test.
Get some rest everyone!
Eat good foods. Did you know bananas can help you not feel nervous
Many of my friends eat bananas right before they have a big test.
Spinach and other green foods
are good for the brain.🥬🥦
Fruit and oatmeal are also good foods (says Aramith).🍓🍇🍎
Sugar can also be good, but watch out for that sugar crash!
You don't want to fall asleep during your test.
